“ I am thrilled and simply ecstatic that I have been awarded with this prestigious prize. What inspired and motivated me to enter was that, wars, famine and corruptions occur and you don’t even know. Then I feel sorrow for those people who have to suffer. This is when I realized that we can all do something to CHANGE it and helped me to develop my posters main theme which is – that we need to spread harmony inside all of us and bring it to reality.
With this concept I have created a few ideas within my art work. The first thing are the rainbows, every different colour representing a race, gender or age linked together. This is what we should be. But HOW would we tell everyone of OUR GOALS ? With the doves in my art , they symbolize as the messengers of peace and harmony. They travel around the universe spreading news of hope, joy and music. Music is the unspoken Language that everyone understands. It can change the world because it can change PEOPLE. This is what I want to convey to everyone. That all THIS is possible. We CAN make it Happen.
